The purpose of this monthly meeting is to gather the following information from each of the officers and committee chairs:
- Current Items
- Open Items and Next Steps
- Camera system access
- Discuss getting engineering assessments of the dam to determine the course of action
- Status on outstanding dues collections and next steps
- Status on parking lot repair
- Signature forms for Rhys and Jon to enable them to officially sign for the neighborhood
- Meeting frequency and Attendance Expectations
- Committee Assignments (Social, Swim/Tennis, Clubhouse)
- Realigning Swim/Tennis committee with the covenants
