There have been issues regarding runoff from the new development on John Ward that is affecting some of LSHA ponds.  Kevin Seifert of Pacific Group will be speaking to the community to:

 

For the sake of progress, this discussion will only be open to current pond owners on Gentry and Ashworth.  The Board and All-in-One have been invited to provide consultatory information as needed.

 

The purpose and agenda for this meeting is to:

• Determine whether or not the affected residents will give Pacific's representative permission to begin testing their portion of the pond
• Decide whether or not a committee should be formed to represent the interests of the affected residents going forward
• If so, what would be within the committee's power in dealing with Pacific?
• Otherwise, discuss feasible alternatives to work towards resolution (someone proposed weekly/bi-weekly meetings, which would mean either a committee would need to be present for each of these or all 20 or so affected residents would need to be)
• Identify preferred lines of communication going forward, specifically for this group, to communicate the issues or subsequent discussions that may arise until this is resolved
• Any other open items and concerns
