For the sake of progress, this discussion will only be open to current pond owners on Gentry and Ashworth. The Board and All-in-One have been invited to provide consultatory information as needed.
The purpose and agenda for this meeting is to:
- Determine whether or not the affected residents will give Pacific's representative permission to begin testing their portion of the pond
- Decide whether or not a committee should be formed to represent the interests of the affected residents going forward
- If so, what would be within the committee's power in dealing with Pacific?
- Otherwise, discuss feasible alternatives to work towards resolution (someone proposed weekly/bi-weekly meetings, which would mean either a committee would need to be present for each of these or all 20 or so affected residents would need to be)
- Identify preferred lines of communication going forward, specifically for this group, to communicate the issues or subsequent discussions that may arise until this is resolved
- Any other open items and concerns
