Social Committee Needs Volunteers
Posted on Jun 4th, 2018

The social committee is always in need of volunteers.  If you are new to the neighborhood the social committee is a great way to get involved and meet people in your new community.  If you have lived here for a while and have great ideas for events and want to help out let us know too.  You can contact our social chair Maggie Schirm at social@loriingssquare.com.

~ ACC Forms ~
We highly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Architectural Control Provisions within the covenants PRIOR to making any changes to the exterior of your home or your yard.  Please go to the "Architectural Control" link for complete forms & infomation.

Any exterior projects that change the appearance of your home and/or property require ACC approval prior to starting the project.  Common examples include (but not limited to) paint color changes, fences, major landscaping projects, etc.  Please direct your ACC questions and comments to All-in-One.  They will be able to answer any questions you have about the process, approvals, and ACC documentation requirements.
